Nop. The tego in this story is 200% a man. As said in early chapters, his twin sister who was born gifted was raised in isolation and protection due to her weak body but ended die anyway. So tego took over the title.
Our mc thought in the original novel, tego was the twin sister in disguise, using that green earring to change appearance to a male.
However, she was completely wrong in here.
Tego is a guy and he has feeling for her.
