@Dingdong if my discovery channel knowledge is correct an octopus "pe***" is located on one (or maybe two)Â of it's tentacles.
So in this merman story we probably already saw it, it's the tentacles he shoved into Ael hole.....Â

@Dingdong octopus have a modified arm (3rd to right) that they insert into the females mantle to deposit sperm packets until she needs them. This is why im trying to figure out if the author is going to go a bit AWOL and have a pregnancy in this story
