New EPs don't come out this early anyways. I suggest you follow Jinx/Minwa's official twitter account for better guidance. Usually after the "Jinx day" tweet it means ep is out and available to purchase on Lezhinus, give it a couple more hours for translaters to their job and it should be up somewhere else afer that.
