@Boba   Hey, I just want you to know that I understand your pain I’ve been there too. I used to hurt myself, and I really regret it because the scars turned into keloids. But with time, I learned that the pain does lessen, little by little. I’m really glad you reached out for help, and I hope you’re taking small steps toward healing. You’re not alone in this, and you are truly loved. I may not know you personally, but I can feel your heart, and I care about you deeply. Please take some rest and spend time doing the things that bring you comfort. Everything will be okay in time and please remember that you are VALID.
