That horse didn't die he just got defeated and dragged to he** together with the help of the akshan seniors, homen is currently not strong enough to kill a high ranking demon king/the 10 seats that's why there's no lvl up system, he only leveled up 6 times thanks to the contribution of calling the akshan seniors from he** in the novel "but didn't he kill the giant snake demon who's lvl 900?" Yes he did in the manhwa together with the seniors but in the novel it only took 1 arrow from the akshan seniors to kill a lvl 900 demons so homen didn't do much

"So the transcendents are stronger than the high ranking demon king?" i don't think so, in actuality one transcendent might even have a hard time if they fought against the dragons and the dragons can't even fight one of the 10 thrones so how could they be stronger?

A high ranking demon king/the 10 seats are beings of the celestial realm, they are (I guess) comparable to the gods of the pantheon, beings below celestial realm are unable to hear what the beings of celestial realm said that's why gamigin's words are marked as □ but since the gods can speak normally, i guess it depends. The final boss is beyond such realm so the beings of the celestial realm won't be able to hear what they are saying but again it depends on the person *looking at someone* yeah and he's really annoying alright...
