@Cid Lunius To those calling people like me “white knights” for saying ra** is wrong—fine. I’d rather be a white knight than someone who celebrates sexual violence. This isn’t about looking cool, gaining approval, or pretending to be morally superior. This is about a basic principle: no one deserves to be raped. Not an abuser. Not a manipulator. Not a terrible person. No one.
People commit horrific crimes in the real world—war crimes, terrorism, murder, abuse—and even then, society does not respond by sexually violating them. They are punished through law, imprisonment, or due process. Ra** is not justice. It is not karma. It is not truth. It is another crime.
In this story, the character involved is a minor. Portraying her sexual exploitation without proper warning, tags, or responsible framing is inappropriate. Worse, forcing a plot that pushes her back into the MC’s orbit through trauma—rather than letting him live his own healed life—feels unnecessary and disturbing. The MC himself would never wish this on her, regardless of what she did to him.
And let me be clear: this stance has nothing to do with gender. If the victim were male, I’d say the same thing. If anyone thinks calling ra** “deserved” is a mature take, it isn’t. It’s childish, shallow, and cruel.
If you’re too young to understand these themes, you shouldn’t be reading this manga. And if you think sexual violence is entertainment or punishment, then maybe it’s time to step away, grow up, and reflect—because that mindset isn’t edgy, it’s dangerous.
You can hate a character.
You can condemn abuse.
But once you start cheering ra**, you’ve already lost the argument.
