@Jan.zey I think knotting is where the alpha cu** (I don't know of it's a special kind of cum****) in the omega and get them pregnant and marking, I think, is marking a scent gland on their necks and that peraon is like, your mate forever? (I think)

Knotting is when the mate gets bigger in their lower bottom due to sexual pleasure. In some cases its similar to rutting.
Marking however can be called "imprinting" too this is when an alpha marks the omega. It can be an act of love between the two - it means the omega can be vulnerable to the person whom ever marked them. Scents are still vulnerable but I don't think they will be affected by it. Marking lasts until the mate has died or they have imprinted on someone else.
