@エイミーセヴェリーノ She was haunting the MC but she couldn't remember her name or even why she was haunting him. I don't think the MC gave her the rings, but maybe he did however didn't equate them to a marriage vow. The current queen has been killing off the prince's wives so it's possible he DID give her the rings, but then cut off contact once he caught on to his wicked bi*** stepmother's schemes.

@OpalEyes it wasn't the mc who gave her the rings, it showed the guy she fell for when they met at the marketplace, and then there at the end seems to be the same guy
