@Athy I second that since the reports said he never had a serious injury. Or at least one to warrant a scar. I could definitely see hanahaki being traumatic enough that Taegun doesn't want to socialise and being "allergic" to romance.

@Yibo_wife hanahaki is a fictional disease that targets people who fell in love but it's one sided basically falling in love but the person you like doesn't return their love for you

@Yibo_wife a deadlydisease u get from unrequited love. Symptoms include coughing up flower petals and the more complete the flower is the more serious the disease is. You can get rid of it by surgery but doing so would mean losing all feelings for that person.
