@Ronin nice. I really thought they gave him a small piece of land at first, then a decent size, now I realize the guy has, what, a state sized land? Just googled it and it is around the size of Rhode Island
@dReliq That combined with his name being Sutton makes me thing the author da** near stold the name of the protagonists of the show Yellowstone, the Duttons.
