@Dodo haebeom adopted baby sol and ho changed his name from sung ho to kwon ho so they all have the same surname now. since Mr kwon adopted sol he's also her now 'legally' with parental rights.

And they aren't married but since they're both sol

@Dodo hey I just realised he ALSO adopted ho. It's not that ho just did a name change. Mr kwon adopted both ho and sol. 

That makes sense. It's a technicality that works in the face of the illegality of same s** marriage. They get to be family without being married.
