@StardustLullaby law student here... if the person was drugged without their consent or knowing and committed such acts knowing its their lover but the person theyre doing it with doesnt feel comfortable and the drug doesnt allow them to think rationally, the judge will say hes not guilty, although i havnt put everything together.
