All in all, considering the density of titanium, all the wiring, hydraulic and such inside the arms, the should certainly be heavier than natural arms, but clearly not to such a hilarious degree of 500kg per arm.
Considering, mind you, that high end technology actually revolves in making things lighter, not heavier, precisely because weight is a major hindrance to performance. And if we talk about the raw power of a punch, you should actually focus on speed more than weight, because the stored energy (inertia) is proportional to the weight and the *square* of speed.
