I'm so bad at comforting , my dad's aunt is in the hospital , her current state is not so well , and my dad cried a little bit and it's obvious that he's not okay , but i just can't do anything .Because I don't know how to react or deal with someone like this I'm so used to keep my own problems to myself so don't have any idea how people actually share their burdens and try to soothe them 🙁
