That blonde guy is Kim Sa Hyuk, the person that made the debt and is the father of both Euihyun and the little brother. He wants to get money and Yongdo,who has a grudge on Kim Euihyun (Chpt 4-not sure it's him) offered him to go to Eunhwa company (Chpt 18) Taejoo's aunt competitor co that had previously sent a lawyer (spy) to steal personal info for them that is willing to help him. So Kim Euihyun will be traded off for money now that Kim Sa Hyuk is desperate and planning something. 

 

Kim Euihyun thought that it should be better to tell his lil brother that he saw his father, but he didn't as he hesitated. So he only said "if you can live better with someone else but not me, are you willing to go?" His brother said no because he doesn't want to be apart from Euihyun. 

 

Last scenario, Kim Taejoo was talking about the omega father and Kim Euihyun meeting, he hates the father for abandoning both of his son and on top of that, he also hates himself because he mistreated Kim Euihyun. He's was gonna contact a lawyer for Kim Euihyun(probably for custody) but remembers their relationship, now he's looking for a way for Euihyun to love him again, now that girl on the desk (Gill-chpt 18) said.. he could negotiate with Euihyun, or he could talk with Euihyun since it's better for the bro to live in better conditions but he may lose the fight (that's why he thought of improving Euihyun's lifestyle or paying the debt) , or by kidnapping his little brother so that Kim has no choice but to stay with Taejoo
