@Kirrra I can't explain the whole story or process bc it'll take a while ill just explain this chap/ep. 

In the beginning we see lilys cousin capturing the girl with the gun(ill call her yanagi) then they found the drug that can awaken there phsyic ability or sumthin' then both lily and uruuno went to a diff location to talk, then they talk about what happened and blah blah, she took the drug and went to the other world and we can see lily waiting for her and we see she comes back (out of nowhere ig) and gives a letter to her sister written by the other person and she also gets back in her normal life in the Yuri world (which is the one with Lily) lily's cousin and that yanagi girl made up and became scientist's I guess,
And they live happy ever after
