I think he got interested in Asa after he saw what she did to the eternity devil like maybe making her join the devil hunter club.
He Said himself that he is a fan of Chainsaw Man because he is strong and now he saw personaly that she is strong too (Demon of War, actually) so i think thats why he must be stalking her because of that.
