@Doe oh wow I didn’t realise you were serious about that. Let’s firstly make it clear that he’s only a fictitious figure, and from what we know about him so far, there’s no denying that he is indeed a morally gray character. Secondly, yes, some of us like him bec of his scars/tatts or possibly bec of how intimidating he is, while others bec he is actually so much more than just his looks. He has a peculiar kind of love for Ian and is protective & obsessed about him bec he has separation issues, which actually stemmed from him watching his family die in a horrific accident when he was younger. Bec Ian has been the only one at his side, he became attached to him and acquired these feelings, which later intensified. It’s best to say that his emotions occasionally get the best of him (esp when it’s about Ian), but this is just bec hes afraid of losing him (since he knows Ian wants to disappear and leave him behind). You can’t say that he has "no" personality because he does. The author has done an excellent job of giving each character distinct personalities. He is a notorious gang boss and has an aggressive demeanor from surviving in gang society, dude is also incredibly smart and hardworking (let’s even call him delusional bec my guy was really planning to build a house to live with Ian for the rest of his life). And there are still so many things we don’t know about him bec there have only been 29 chapters & he wasn’t always present in the plot and we didn’t get an intimate glimpse into his private life to judge. So thus far, we like him bec he has some redeeming qualities & ALSO because he is really attractive. Now if he does something questionable in the later chapters, we won’t necessarily like him as much as we do now. So, let’s take it easy. It’s best to stop asking these questions if you still don’t understand why we like him bec you most likely never will.
i should be sleeping
