@C he just has to wait to be an adult before dating anyone. He'll still be mentally older but at least his ADULT partner will have enough sense to know right from wrong and make decisions for themselves unlike a kid who can be easily influence and make decisions they'll regret later. How tf you think it would be ok for him to date this little girl at her current age is beyond me.
