The Girl from this "aritc cold war" who call herself "evil king eye" is related to xinxin from "global freeze" who top hacker in world required/enslaved by Zhang zi (global freeze MC) to protect his base and hacke other base

When Zhang zi mention about "evil king eye" xinxin tell him to not worry about her as she's a fodder not a theat for Him

Zhang zi (global freeze MC) stolen a large about of fire arms
That's why MC of "aritc cold war had so much few firearms to buy

The main reason they wasn't help to civilians (atric cold war) from government during apocalypse is cause zhangi zi kiled most of them (cause to collect data and machines)

The evil eye G** was(the smart girl from aritc cold war) was deny 
From Elite school cause her family didn't support her instead gave her place to friend/adopted sibling of Xinxin which who's best mechanic (Able to create so many machines) later together with Xinxin was taken into Zhang zi(mc of global freeze

Hope i didn't spoil much for both series anyway that's all connections between both series
