@Somebody you do realise it's translation thing. He most likely calling him 'hyung'

@Somebody even if they were just senior & junior without any family relation he still would call him 'hyung' which is automatically translated as 'brother' in English. 'Hyung' isn't a word just used for siblings. So yeah the dumb one is you.
