@Never_Give_Up it's a term younger girls call men older than them. 
I don't understand why jeoh uses this insteadof "hyung"  the term used for younger boys calling men older than them but I guess it's just some kind of kink

@Oui_wissal in earlier chapters he would call his clients oppa.  its probably conditioning and habit now since he has been a postitute since he was in highschool. he's a pretty boy prostitute = pretty = wh***= woman (derogatory) so the old men would get turned on by being called oppa. 

this is just my theory!
