Alright so, I found spoilers.

Male lead is Edric. FL runs away, Edric never actually turned in the divorce papers and burned them instead. He eventually finds FL years later.
Cue more fights and misunderstandings as she's pretending to be pregnant with another man's kid (not Francis), they eventually get back together. FL never had any feelings for Francis. ML does get character development and one day sees FL talking with Francis and thinks previously he'd want to kill Francis but now he wants to communicate to clear any misunderstandings. Whatever.
it's just another shi*** story of FL never escaping the shi*** red flag ML.
