Mc have no right to stop her from harming herself. He himself is doing the the same thinking him being around them would bring them harm while disregarding the fact that destiny has already changed so there is no guarantee that they would survive just cause they did in his last life. If he has went in with them then she wouldn't have done what she did and they would have cleared the stage but mc thinking it's for the better would cost all of them their lifes as he is already aware that events aren't exactly that happened in his past life.
