@Rose it's really just depend on the brand or the kind of material that was used to make the pen, so if it's like a cheaper material, that's a cheaper pen but if you want a exact number, I would say. $1 to $400+

@Rose but if you want to know the exact location, I buy them from mostly online, but if you want to travel, then I would prefer to go to Japan and stay, have a good quality and you could make your own sometimes and you could also travel to Russia they have a good one.
