Taekjoo escapes Zhenya and bombs the mansion and gets to South Korea. The kicker? THE ENTIRE department Taekjoo works for wants him dead. His boss has wanted him deep for a while and he's been reported as impersonating the chief of the NIS and a traitor. Taekjoo goes to visit his mom, but Zhenya is there and... yeah. Zhenya gets interrupted by the police and they escape the hospital. Zhenya fu*** Taekjoo despite the fact that he's bleeding profusely. They come to a truce. Zhenya helps Taekjoo get absolved of blame and determine the truth of the north korean spies and whatnot. Fast forward through that Taekjoo decides he's going to tame Zhenya as Taekjoo is a crazy adrenaline junkie and loves danger. He tells Zhenya to "stay interesting" and if he doesn't, then he will lose interest in Zhenya. Zhenya also calls Taekjoo his Anastasia and he makes Zhenya the "strongest and weakest man in the world". There's more, but that's the gist of it. They're not perfect, but they somehow become less (think 100 going to 50) crazy and Taekjoo accepts that Zhenya has no idea wtf a moral compass even is.
