@Seraphim um gurrl I'm not sure but try to delay it it's fine if it's slow such as you had this urge sometimes it will happen but sometimes try to delay it a little a few seconds or even minutes and little by little it'll be fine ..or if you feel like it try to engage yourself in another activity hurriedly or...there are quite psychologist methods but they aren't as good
