@StarLily501 I can see why she thinks that though.
He is supposedly the head of the family while his father is absent.
She doesn't have many, if any rights, or power beyond what he allows now he's there. She's not on equal footing, no matter how much she's worked for the territory he did not want to acknowledge it, her abilities, or her.
So confronting this antagonistic bully who's done nothing but spew unsubstantiated vemon from the moment he arrived, could go very wrong for her.
The enemies she's already dealt with she could fight from a place of authority and power. Him she can't really. His hostility has no real basis either.
You can't pursued someone out of an illogical stance with logic and evidence they refuse to see or hear.
She'll be worried about what he may do in retaliation.
