Her father is still not affected by the Guardian Star and he treats her with usual love and care. She met the actual dragon lady and not this small greedy dragon eho is feeding on her gold and can only grant wishes with limitations. While Eirin is said to be a wishing dragon who is also very lucky. So while she wandering in the back alley markets she meets the dragon lady and that lady tells her to do some chores for her which was ploughing the field without any magic or dragon powers. And also a list of things she gave her which Eirin actually used her knowledge and Richard's help to retrieve from a forest. Later on she went to an ancient ruin with Lucilion to gather some other item which would be helpful to defeat the guardian star.
