@anggdah basically sukuna was supposed to be a twin , so both of them would have the same cursed technique i.e. Shrine . However, sukuna devoured the other one leading to him being the only one with the technique at that time . Acc to Gege , Yuji's mom ( total guess, but since kenjaku was a male ) was born with the soul of the other one of the twin she had the cursed technique dormant within her which got naturally passed down to yuji leading him to awaken along with other potecntial factors such as harboring sukuna within him for a pretty long time which ig sped up the process

@nojoyBoy the twin is more likely to be the father, since he has pink hair and similar feature 🤔

@nojoyBoy wasn't kenjaku in the body of the "mother" because the grandpa we saw in the beginning was from the father side and in a flashback we saw gramps saying he should not be with this woman to his son and gramps the dad and yuji have the same hair color and similar features
