@BiNShy absoluut i have several heavy allergie and had alot of tests about it for example when i was a child i never had any allergies from gras,trees or nature self but as i got older i started getting red dotes and I had to either sneeze or my hand or face gets itchy anyway now I need to take meds whenever I get in contact with it. I your case you have hay fever, In hay fever, the mucous membranes of the nose and eyes give an allergic reaction to pollen from grasses, trees and plants that depend on the wind for pollination.  These include, for example, catkin-bearing trees (birch, alder, hazel), grasses and some types of weeds.  Hay fever can occur at any age. The hay fever season usually begins at the end of February or beginning of March and lasts until mid-August

@BiNShy allergies CAN develop suddenly, some common allergies:citrus,wheat/gluten,pollen,nuts etc.
Try eating some LOCALLY produced honey if you can find some 🐝

@Gege it's not that easy for me, I can't just pick up the phone and make an appointment because I hate talking on the phone

@Entrenal but I barely have any mucus happening, I've seen people with really really bad reactions like snot dripping constantly and eyes red and watering but I don't have that, I just have what I said with a slight cough and ok maybe a bit of mucus but it's not bad

@Armageddon I don't think there is locally produced honey around here but I do love honey

@BiNShy I think it might be hay hever since the weathers shifting and becoming warmer. To double check it is u can see if u ate something new these past few weeks that you've never had before

@Thorfinn how interesting, it's been happening since the start of this month though and I haven't eaten anything new. How do I test if it's really hay fever? Be outside for a while?

Then I really think it might be hay fever since hay fever can come to u at anytime in ur life (allergies would've cuased u more serious issues to really warn ur body). Hmmm u can perhaps take hayfever tablets and if ur symptoms stop then you've got the answer. Or a quicker alternative is rubbing Vaseline around ur nostril so u don't inhale pollen and that's going to keep the hay fever under control     

@BiNShy i do get that...i have anxiety talking to people.....but i still think its better to know the cure than to just try out stuff
If you can't talk to doctor then have somebody else talk for you?🫠
