heonjae has to be a sad*** or something. Him torturing someone is probably the only way I can see him in prison. Being a pedo is a bit too extreme for manhwas. Judging by how graphic the seggs/grape scenes are, he'd have to literally kill someone in order to be locked away for grape. Maybe he hurt animals? ID
