@daeun The world isn't naive to follow the legal rules...
And like the MC said, there aren't any motives behind hacker. 
Hacking doesn't necessarily mean it's a bad thing just because it's illegal. Not to mention, there's ethical hacking too.
And banning won't exactly stop everyone who's interested in hacking-
