@ZHENNYLAYSAR I don't think soooo. I doubt they've ever met each other before. And maybe he meant indirectly? I think Seungmin and that noona are investigating about that drug which they already knew about?? Also the drug is from Brazil and Seungmin also came from Brazil (though we don't know if he's also a Brazilian or was just living there.) My guess is that he's saying that because he couldn't stop the distribution of that drug which affected Jaeyoung and he thinks it's kinda his fault? It's just my theory haha
