Comment on ChapterThe Fundamental Law - Chapter 56
Theirs lowkey alot of flaws with Sei, for one she was young and I feel like got extremely permeated by outside influence. The lack of communication with her brother and the fact that he's shielded her(which isn't wrong) at a young age has allowed for alot of misgrowth, I feel, in her mindset. Because think of it this way, she still believes that her brother killed her mother (while the actual truth is worse, she was young and grew up with this 'story').
The other thing that I really like from this portion of story is the realism of the bullying and the rumors. What is she in, middle school? Man, we've seen stories of korean bullying cases being portrayed and its typically downplayed until severe consequences occurs. Many people hate on idols who have bullying past because bullying is a terrible thing and can be very traumatizing to the victim. But it happens on the common and we see that with Sei.
In the end she is a kid (middle school is 12-14) with a whole lot of misunderstanding and exposure to alienation from a young age, she knows about her lies and we see it with this chapter she will address it internally anyways with herself through reflection. Hopefully we will see some more growth from her mentally as this is when kids start going through their developmental stages in perceptions as well so looking foward to that.
The only thing I ask for now is to have her reconcile with her brother. Lets speed that arc up shall we. PLS? Man as a reader I can only survive so many miscommunication. Any more and I'm tweaking out.
Sorry for the whole shpeal. senya sticker
