@The lord of haters no. Actually if you were paying attention to detail his hair was black before reincarnation. 
It's like he's slowing morphing into his old self from before reincarnation.

@The lord of haters  yeah It was brown at the start. You can literally see it in the early panels only later does it darken into black as his power stabilizes. If you’re only remembering his later look, then yeah it seems black, but originally it wasn’t.
