Comment on ChapterCrossing the Line - Chapter 115
Jaehyuk has confirmed Garam's fears by cutting off his family, quitting work, and potentially cutting off friends. Garam didn't want Jaehyuk to lose everything just to be together and it just opens up Garam's wounds (having lost everything just for coming out). Jaehyuk is confirming Garam's decision unwittingly. But Garam is discounting Jaehyuk's right to decide for himself and dismissing JH love and devotion as invalid or unequal to the loss of work and family. Rationally, Garam is right - no one should be forced to give up everything and certainly sacrifice everything for a relationship but JH gets to make these decisions for himself and he's well aware of what he's giving up. Garam is dealing with a lot of fears and insecurities and isn't able to make a clear decision until he's coped with the anxiety and trauma. He's self sabotaging at this point because he's overwhelmed. I'm glad Jaehyuk made his intentions clear- they either work together or they don't work at all. Jaehyuk can't keep doing whatever Garam wants, especially because Garam doesn't know what he wants long term. And Jaehyuk can't fix Garam. Only Garam can and he has some work to do. I think Garam is going to choose to break up, he's backed in a corner and panicking. I just hope it won't be to late to realize that Jaehyuk is the one he loves and wants to be with. I hope it won't be too late to reconcile. Because Jaehyuk is going to spiral when they breakup. I feel bad for both of them it's such a difficult situation.

@Kokoro I like the direction of this story. Each characters reaction is real and valid.
