@radioshit so officer kim is responsible for je-oh's dad's case, which he shut off as a mere accident and it led to he** for je-oh, and that kang is responsible for the red light zone murder cases which led him to suspect seongrok at first. These two are connected by kang's hyung who used to be an outcast in the police force for being too righteous and defying the corrupt seniors within the force. Kim also feels guilty for messing jeoh's life so him and kang will probably team up to help jeoh in extracting his revenge
