I'm insecure and I need constant reassurance/ someone who loves me intensely enough to 'worship' me due to my past trauma of being abandoned and you just happen to love me like that exactly. I might not love you or even like you because you are the cause of my trauma to start with but hey, your affection fits the bill so I'll love you. Yeah...that makes sense right ✨️ not at all just oh you are convenient so I'll go along with it, she actually likes him???
The other thing is, even if all of what I stated above is dismissed as plot armour, she was raised to believe he is family, a brother no less and she accepted that at a point of time and did in fact view him as her brother. So for her to be comfortable to be romanced by the same man... I no longer can support her morals and claim that she is a female lead worth following.
