I’m I the only one that feels like their stories are intertwined almost as if the Author is hinting at something. ( if anyone has read the novel is their anything between them.)

There are a lot of things between them, this doesnt even scratch the surface. Essentially, even before the regression, Sung Hyunjae knew Han Yoojin and they had a very odd/close relationship but Hyunjae erased both of their memories to prevent bad things. It'll get even crazier.
