@TheSimpQueen I'm guessing they system admins just gave the humans the ability to resist but they themselves don't know much about the dungeons and gates. Heck they can't even manage their own system well

@TheSimpQueen I think she is a low rank manager or is not allowed to share such information. System in other stories is usually an AI/God/Great being or something of that kind but this system is like an app managed by an organisation. It might have been built to counter the gates. Since it is not the work of a god like being it is sure to have imperfections and lack knowledge. As we saw during the first chapter with the late update and strike. Also I presume the system does not have continuous connection to the administration.
