@Yukiella so you haven't been feeling your best like you are sad about something or you are depressed or you are burnout so you are not eating properly is it because of mental health or physical or your environment or financial or relationships or bad habits? If you don't wanna tell me it's okay.. you can try to feel better by doing things you love and they should not be involved with screens like talking to your siblings about new festivals or something art and craft if you don't like it then just eat foods you like for now okay? Or just think about how will it affect you if won't eat properly like watch something about nutritional health and compare it to your diet it should make your feel concerned about you health and why you should eat balanced diet properly and if you don't how badly it will affect you, ig these things will help you?
