You know what's cool about this? We know that MC will likely wind up with the young duke. But we're seeing scenes where he's not only starting to admire her in a romantic way, we're also seeing him learning how capable and skilled MC is. These are crucial steps that are often overlooked, or at best occur offscreen.

(If anyone's wondering how inheritance would work politically since MC is the only heir to her viscounty, there's two ways it can be handled: Either bring in an heir from a branch/related family, or have her and the duke's first child inherit the dukedom, and the second inherit the viscounty. Yes, the second would make the viscounty a branch family of the dukedom's.)

I am so glad you pointed this out, I love how the pacing isn't just "I saw you and was obsessed" like it makes their relationship seem more realistic and feasible because they are seeing eachother in more regular situations ✨️✨️✨️✨️
@Liliana Vave Another one I like the pacing on is "Kajiya de Hajimeru Isekai Slow Life". While two of the ladies are crushing hard, they aren't letting it get in the way of their day-to-day lives and friendships. The third is regarding their relationship as strictly master-apprentice, which is so friggin' nice to see, and she's friends with the other two. It's a nice, mature approach as the ladies and MC learn about each other and the non-romantic part of the relationships grow.

It's also funny. The first lady to show up is a beastfolk, tiger type. The MC had asked for a slow life with cats, and apparently the watcher/g** decided to get him a friend/eventual girlfriend while she was at it.
@Liliana Vave Koushaku Reijou Ni Tensei Shiteshimatta Node, Mental Otome Na Ore Wa, Zenryoku De Onnanoko Wo Tanoshimimasu is also cute. It starts as an arranged marriage (for the future, they're both kids), but they grow to like and respect each other. And they find out they share an interesting (good interesting) secret. When that secret's revealed, their relationship takes on a new level of adorable.

It's complete, but the manga had to speed run the ending compared to the novel, apparently because the author got a cancellation notice. But the author manages to speed run it well, without any plotholes or deus ex machina.
