I feel like the actor embarrassed her really bad which let to something terrible (im sure we can guess)  and thats why the manager want revenge

my theory is that she committed suicide (cuz of the seme, I bet the seme made her gp depressed) and then she gave her heart to the uke (heart transplant). Uke is there pretending to be his manager so he can let the whole world what the seme truly is. That'll be his revenge.

so she is the group idol girl that suicide, the one that they bring up at the start.. poor jenny
