You could try what I do. I use a different browser on my phone which blocks as good as all annoying ads, so reading on manga sites has become a lot more pleasant since then. (I got super squeamish from all these gross ads)
anyway, it's called "Brave" and has a lions head as an icon.
@Coco use uBlock Origin , you can find in crome store and it really changed my reading experience
