@Staaaa Yes that is correct. The office building was haunted by the ghost. The ghost was originally haunting the brown hair guy because of the bookmark/talisman. The brown hair guy got hospitalized and the black hair guy with glasses started using his desk and found the bookmark. That cause the ghost to transfer to start haunting the black hair guy with glasses. He tried to get rid of the ghost by putting back the bookmark but the ghost had slept with him (black hair guy) and really liked him so he followed him home. So now it appears that he just stays at the black hair guy's house

@Nu_Nu ya that does make sense now that you helped me remember, i couldn't remember the bits and parts so it was really confusing but thanks to you i get what is going on here
