@kay kayy they're siblings.. the same father but different mother.. and it's even more complicated because nanmu dated pilgyun's mother.. he fell for nanmu when he was a just a kiddo.. he never saw the old man as his father but nanmu.. and there's more.. it's messed up but it amuses me..
