@DEAD not really a big fan of light novels it's hard for me to visualize what is going on and it just gives me a head ache that's why I normally wait for when a anime or manga comes out.
@Waffles i understand that. but the author actually paints a great picture. tbh i don't really like light novels neither but the way the author wrote it makes it worth the read. and idk when the rest of the manga will be coming for overlord. its way behind the anime. and i think this next movie is gonna be the end of the series.
@DEAD ya the anime is sorta declining in quality. I have not read the manga so I don't really know about that. I did not know that the next movie would be the end. And It just seems like a waste of time to read the light nove sense I already know what is gonna happen.
@Waffles That sounds fair. and another light novel is the slime one.... Fuze does a really good job at painting the pictures with words. and the manga does a good job at following the light novel but there is so much more in the light novels that explains the little stuff that doesn't get explained.
@DEAD ya I have been watching the anime it's one of my favorite shows. But in that case I don't want to be spoiled. And I know the anime shows the least content out of the 4(anime, light novel, manga, web novel) I still just like to watch the anime more. And I have not been reading the light novel. But I have been reading the parts of the manga that have been missed in the anime. I just like color more then black and white or just text. and reading a light novel just does not just feel the same as watching an anime.
