I'll take that as a yes lol well it's shiho in the present not seolho that powerful fox bead inside of her must be seolhos if you remember in the previous chapters his dad who was about to die told him that his bro had a great power in him and to protect him. Seolhos must have died when he took his brothers apparence for whatever reason.
