Selling bodies as the way to earn money or live. Like at that age, he said that so, you can imagine about what kind of upbringing he had. Plus if we look at it, he's truly concerned about the mc. It's not like he's totally a bi*** like we see in other stories. Every character isn't one dimensional, they have their own reasons and story for how they act and react to things. Overall I like his character it's not bad except for ahem the ✨hand-job✨ part lol 🤭 but he's not a bad character.
